We have always set aside a certain amount of bottles every time we bottle our wines to evaluate their qualitative behavior over time.
This experience convinced us to propose a “second release” of Campo del Guardiano vintages; bottles preserved in the Etruscan cave, on top of the forest, which demonstrate the surprising aging potential of an Orvieto Classico Superiore.
