Tasting note
ruby colored with purple reflections tones. The nose opens with notes of red fruit. On the palate it is concentrated, long and refined. The tannin in the wine amalgamates perfectly with the oak to achieve a refined, elegant, taste.
Serving Suggestion
This wine is suited to homemade pasta with meat sauce such as hare or wild boar, grilled meat or chicken, and lamb roasted in the oven.
